The deliveries, services and offers of Adriana Quaiser (hereinafter referred to as the provider) are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC). The provider shall not recognize any terms and conditions of the customer that contradict or deviate from the GTC unless she has explicitly agreed to their validity. Contractual performance by the provider shall not be deemed to constitute consent to contractual conditions that deviate from these GTC.
Ordering process:
The presentation of the goods in the webshop does not constitute a binding offer by the provider to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is requested to submit an offer by placing an order. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer, which can be accepted by the provider by actual compliing with the request. The order is placed by selecting the goods and entering the invoice and delivery details in the webshop.
By selecting the "send order" button in the webshop, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. By submitting the order, the customer acknowledges the pre-contractual information for consumers and these GTC as solely authoritative for the legal relationship with the provider.
Availability and Scope of Delivery:
If goods ordered by the customer are not in stock after conclusion of the contract, the provider reserves the right to restore availability within a maximum period of two weeks without consequences of delay. If availability cannot be restored within this period, the customer may withdraw from the contract in writing. In the event of withdrawal, any payments already received from the customer will be refunded immediately.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for legal reasons (such asinsolvency of the product manufacturer), the provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In the event of a withdrawal, payments already received from the customer will be refunded immediately.
The scope of delivery always refers to the product description in the text, but not to accessories which may be shown in product images (see also point 4.).

Prices and Shipping Costs:

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged and unused items within 14 days (postmarked) of delivery date. After 14 days all sales are final.
Returns Costs:
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance for returns. Adriana Quaiser is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurring upon return shipping.
No Exceptions:
Goods must be undamaged, unused, clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and returned in the original packaging. Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.

Please follow the steps for the return exchange process:
1. Send an email to aq@adrianaquaiser.com and let us know that you wish to exchange or return the item. Please state your order number and reason for your return. Confirm that all items are unworn and in their original packaging.
2. Once we have confirmed your eligibility for the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Refund of Transactions:
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer. Adriana Quaiser reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
Credit Card Payments:
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 additional working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
PayPal:
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will typically show on your PayPal statement within 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card. Payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.
We will refund your purchase in € (Euro) at the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is excluded for: Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If this is the case offers will be clearly labeled to reflect the altered conditions. Additionally there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements.For goods that are delivered sealed or are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. swimwear), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
Reservation of Title:
All goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full. The supplier has the right to assert their rights arising from the retention of title in the event of default of payment. The assertion of the rights arising from the retention of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless the supplier expressly declares the withdrawal from the contract at the same time.
Liability:
General liability; The provider shall only be liable for positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo, default, impossibility and for all other legal reasons if it is guilty of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for links; The provider accepts no liability for the content of linked pages.
Warranty:
In principle, only the product description of the supplier shall be deemed agreed as the quality of the goods. At the time of delivery, the goods do not have any defects that cancel or reduce the value or suitability for normal use. Properties are only deemed to be warranted if they are expressly identified as such on www.adrianaquiaser.com. No warranty is given for defects that are attributable to improper use or above-average use of the goods by the customer.
Choice of law:
German law shall apply to all legal relationships between the provider and the customer. The contract, order, processing and business language is exclusively German.
Copyright:
All offers, including the associated illustrations, text descriptions and graphic designs as well as the design of the homepage itself, are subject to the copyright of the provider. The linking or use for own purposes is only permitted with the prior written consent of the provider.
Governing law:
